Windows Patch distribution to users desktops

Right now I'm walking from office to office through my
company appling patches on each users work station. Is
there a way to automate this? Something like Symantec's
Anti-Virus Client Management allows.

Yes, load it in a distribtion server and have the users
excecute the file, also you can use SMS to distribute it
if SMS is already available on you server.
