Windows opening up to system 32 folder.

Upon restart or switching of user, my windows xp opens
up to system 32 folder file. instead of my desktop. how
do I stop this from happening?

to Item No. 260. In the right column, click on "System32 Folder Opens
Upon Boot". Download this repair file and then run the repair.
