Windows on the Desktop

When I am working with Windows 2K, and have various
windows open maximized, and I walk away from the computer
and return, the windows have all shrunk down to 1/4 the
size of the screen. As a result I have to click on the
maximize button again to open them all the way up.


The question is: How can I change this so that all the
windows always stay maximized, even when I minimize them
and then maximize them again?

Im going to assume since you walk away the screen saver
comes on?? if so... update your video card drives
