I need to know if there is any way microsoft can scann my
hard drive to see if ther is any programs that are dup
that is taking up space on my computer. and also i was
looking in my programs and my windows/nt folder had no
files in it. i have been messing with my files and i
think i might have deleted some of my files trying to
save room on my computer. is there any way you can fix it
or give me step by step instructions on how to fix and
make sure programs are not dup on my coumpter. and that
my windows nt files are all working and installed. please
get back with me soon.

Rhonda, this is a "public" newsgroup. No one from the Microsoft Corporation
is going to scan your hard drive looking for duplicate programs and making
sure all your windows files are installed and working. If you have some
specific questions you should post them here and maybe someone can help you.
We are all "just a bunch of users" trying to help others with their
