Windows NT Logon Gina DLL

I would like to use Windows Welcome Screen. I have only one user account and my computor always comes up to Logon Screen. It will not let me change to Welcome screen. I get a message - Recentely installed program has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change

Msgina.dll is the file. I can't seem to identify the program. Please help.

Delete the .dll and then try and restore your settings.
