windows nt in an active directory domain

can I join an existing windows nt 4.0 terminal server,
which is currently in an NT domain to a new active
directory 2000 domain? as a member server and how to do
this???

Yes that's should be straight forward. Still you have to use system policies
to mange NT4.0 Systems in an AD domain.
