Simply log in using the built-in local Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted). If you don't know the password, Linux-based
password cracking utilities abound on the Internet, freely available to
anyone who can use Google.

Not possible. There is no way to reboot a WinNT computer into Real
Mode DOS unless you've set up a dual-boot system. The WinNT family of
32-bit graphical operating systems does not include, or "ride upon"
MS-DOS. The CLI (Command Line Interface) is the closest you can come to
the old "DOS mode," and it's available only after you've logged in to
the GUI.

If all you want to do is access data files, is there any reason you
can't simply remove the hard drive and slave it into another system?
