Windows Movie Video (.wmv)

Sometimes I am unable to open .wmv file within an email. When initially
received, it will launch, however, if I close it and try to launch it again,
it will not open.

Is this a Vista problem or is it a problem with my ISP?
 
It's probably caused by a finicky antivirus program.
It is always best to save attachments and then open them outside of
Windows Mail.
