windows movie maker

I recorded a home movie from my digital video camera onto
my computer using windows movie maker. The clip recorded
well and the sound was fine. However, I then sent it by
e-mail to someone. I wanted to check that the clip I
sent was ok and went into "sent items" in microsoft
outlook and clicked on the e-mail and attachment. The
clip was played on widows media player. Whilst the
picture was fine, the sound was distorted. The sound was
playing far too fast so that nothing could be
understood. How do I remedy this problem ?????

The default setting for a movie attached to an email is for a size of 1 MB.
That's not much for a video and the video/audio quality has to be low.

Try saving it to your hard drive at the recommended setting for playback on
your computer. If that plays fine, then you are into balancing file size and
quality, along with distributing your movies.
