Windows Movie Maker, Video but Audio/Music doesn't work

I've been making a video and added a music track, but whenever I play it
there is no music. Could someone help me?
 
Is it an MP3?
If so try converting it to WMA and using that instead to see if that solves
the problem.
 
I had this problem also, I went down to the toolbar right clicked on the
speaker icon clicked on "open volume control" and one of the columns was
turned on "mute", then clicked it on. This worked for me.
 
Choose Tools, then Audio Levels and push slider to right (Audio/Music) and
this will select imported music.
