Windows Mobile Device Centre loses connectivity

We've just upgraded to Vista Business and installed Windows Mobile Device
Centre to sync our Windows Mobile 5 powered Treo 750's.

Although the first sync was fine, we can no longer get the devices to
connect. Our default connection is USB.

Does anyone know of a fix to this?
