I don't use the messenger and everytime I go on the
internet it automatically signs me on I would like to
remove the messenger is there a way to do this and not
hurt anything else?
Thank you

Greetings Kewy,

You can fully remove Windows Messenger, but you will loose access to Remote Assistance by
doing so. Instead, just disable Windows Messenger by double-clicking its icon, choose the
Tools menu, then Options, then Preferences tab, uncheck 'Run this program when Windows
starts' and click OK.
