Windows messenger Crash

Every time i try to use messenger voice messenger crashes. Regular messenger
working. Uninstalled messenger and now have v6.2 . Same malfunction. I'm
told there is feature "messenger connection troubleshooter" but i don't see
that anywhere. Any ideas plz? Thank you Loren
 
I have the same problem. Called microsoft, they said run their diagnostic
software and send it to them. Guess what, that program also failed so I was
unable to send them a dump.
 
Hi,

I have seen this on Gateway/Intel systems. Un-checking QoS via the network
connection, solves the problem. YMMV. Good luck!
