Windows Messenger Chat Rooms

I can log into Windows Messenger, but the chat rooms will
not download. I keep getting this message; "Sorry, this
page is temporarily unavailable." This has been going on
for 6 months now. What's wrong here???

What happens if you go into the Chat Rooms via Internet Explorer (they're exactly the same),
you can do so by going to http://chat.msn.com.
