Windows Messenger 5.1.0701 and SIP Server

My company uses Windows Messenger 5.1.0701 and it seemed to have the SIP
Account populated with my email address when I got my PC. I get no errors
when logging in in Exchange, Passport and SIP.

Should I have an option to place phone calls from Messenger?

When I am in Outlook and I right click on a contact and get the option to
call, it tells me that the Call cannot be completed and my messenger may not
be set up properly.

In Messenger, under the Actions menu, I do not get an option to Make a Phone
Call as it explains I can in help.

Any ideas on how to properly configure this?

This is an option that can be disabled. MS has an .adm file that you can use
to configure the options through windows policies.
