I was able to fix this by changing screen resolution to 800x600.

I have win xp, 800mhz, win-media 9
unknown video card using win xp defult drivers!?!?!?

I tried everything (update windows, get all the codec I could find,
play with acceleration wettings on win-media 9)
I tried updating my video card driver, but I don't know what driver I
have, so I can't realy find the right driver to update it.

Last thing I tried was to lower screen resolution... AND THAT WORKED.
I can see video (downloaded using kaza, and win mx non the less).

I hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!

btw. If anyone knows how I can find out my video card manufacture
please email me or just post here how to do it.

Go into Device Manager and look under Display adapters. If you're running
stock, in-box drivers, you're missing a lot because they were created in the
summer of 2001 by the various manufacturers.

I looked under display adopter.
It showed: SIS 300/350.
Does that mean that my video card is manufactured by SIS?
Should I look up their site for updates?
