Windows Media Player

When I copy my CD's to the hard drive, I load them to My Music by copying in
Windows Media Player version 9.0.
How can I get those files into an MP3 format from the WMA that it creates in
Windows Media Player?
I have TiVo and want to be able to listen to the CD's through my server.
TiVo will only recognize an MP3 format.
Is there a program that will convert the files?

Thanks,
Datman

See www.google.com and search for "cd ripping software". Media Player will convert from MP3 to WMA and to audio CD, but does not support conversion to MP3 format.
