Window's Media Player will not run

For some reason, I cannot get windows media player to
even open.

Is there some fix for this? Is there a setting on my pc
that would cause this? I am running XP.

Hi carrie, if all else fails delete WMP from > Control Panel > 'Add/Delete Programs', then download WMP9 from CNETdowmloads.co
