windows media player 10

When attempting to update from 9 to 10 I find the version instructions and
each window is in Italian language? I am English and speak UK English. Any
suggestions welcome. BP.
 
You may have downloaded the Italian version. Redownload the English version.

Microsoft does not release UK English versions of any major products.
Despite all of the misleading guff that is printed on the microsoft.com
website (particularly for Windowsmedia content), there is a single English
binary released for worldwide usage.
