Windows media encoder

Every time i try to do somethig in the wizard i get an
error message. Does anybody no what is wrong i send the
error report and it has been about a week and microsoft
has not helped me yet any one that knows anything about
windows media encoder problems please respond to this or
email me at (e-mail address removed)
