Does anyone else use Media Centre as much as I want to (which is a lot)?

I don't think that's quite up-to the mark!

Additionally:
a) Lost ability to play movies stored on disk
b) Can't play over remote-desktop connection

Often I end up switching back to Media Player - more control, more powerful
:)
 
I'd seriously would like to use Vista Media Center (Pre-RC1), but that would
require it actually working on my machine. When attempting to browse just
the Music or Video Libraries, Vista says it has lost connection to Media
Player and must close. Needless to say, WMP crashes for no reason after
about 15 seconds.

If this is going to be a release candidate, I think we need to look over our
candidates. :P
