i'm running windows me and the beta spyware does not seem
to work any suggestions?

Microsoft Anti Spyware is not compatible with Windows ME.
If you really want you'll have to upgrade to 2000 or XP.

Hi Mikki,
This program won't run on ME.

May I suggest going to http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/default.mspx
for best practices. Be sure to watch the video!
There are other freeware/shareware scanners out there that will work on ME
systems. Thinking Spybot and Adaware just to name two.
