Windows Me is locking system, multiple programs run; bogging down computer or
frezzing system entirely. I have lost access to change input/output ranges as
well memory holds on to programs & hardware that where removed. Unable to run
defrag and scan disk they have problem w/ harddrive being rewritten. Help!
Operating Systems are to exspensive for me and I don't know what to do!
