He won't see your reply to him. It's the Web interface and he doesn't know
to click the +.

I know. Additionally, if he is running a Mozilla based browser, clicking on
the + sign doesn't work--the only working option is the expand all link up
above--but there's no way to get this information out. I have it in a cut
and paste, but who do I paste it to?

Actually --I have a thought. If I'm fast enough, I can grab the HTML
interface and get out there and post a message next to the one I want to
reply to whose subject header is 'USE EXPAND ALL"!

Yes. "AdAware SE" and "Spybot Search and Destroy" are both
good programs.
You can get them from download.com and they're both free.
If you use them both, it's very effective.
