hi,

i was wondering if anyone could help, but i've been having problems with my
operating system (a windows XP pro) it was upgraded to this from XP home.
the problem is that i've not been able to collect or view system
information, as this message keeps coming on ' cant access the windows
management instrumentation software. Windows management files maybe moved or
missing'

i have also made sure that the service(wmi) status is started from typing
services.msc from the run prompt

Any advice or whatelse to look for or try?
