I keep receiving my e-mails twice. I will get 100 e-mails then at the end of
the day or half way through I will get all of them again. Can you help me
resolve this issue?

That typically indicates a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages there by date,
delete all the older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.
