Windows mail

Hi
I have just bought a new Acer computer running Vista. I used easy transfer
from old computer running XP to set up new one. My problem is I can not get
windows mail to work with any email accounts. I have tried setting it up
manually with Sky Yahoo and Tiscali.I always get same result a dialog box
that asks for user name and password that keeps retuning. I have removed
anti virus program but no difference. I am also running Vista on a laptop
that I have compared settings with that works fine.
Any help PLEASE
 
Were those accounts created in Windows Mail by Easy Transfer or
did you create them from scratch?
When you get that prompt for username and password click Cancel.
That should produce an error message. Right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
