i close it?

It would be helpful if you disclosed what type of connection you have,
dial-up or broadband.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties, Connection.
What does it show for connection?
You must either leave that unselected (in which case WM will use whatever
connection IE uses), or else select the Local Area Network (if using
broadband).

Also, under Tools, Options, Connection, the first box should be checked,
and the second box unchecked.

Dear Gary
I have broadband and i will maka as you told me after i let you Know.
Thanks

Hello Gary
It seems that the problem is when the computer suspends the internet
connection stops and only after I refresh the IE and Windows Mail they start
again.
I do not know if there is any possibility to change this situation because
if I do not refresh it we stops and give the error.
On my other computer and with Outlook Express after I connect it he always
get messages acording the time that I order(in my case every 30 seconds).
I have put the same time in Windows Mail.
Thanks Again

30 seconds is too short an interval for checking mail. That is likely
to confuse the mail server and cause it to lock your account for a
while. I use 5 minutes.

I don't know if you are using a wireless adapter, but there may be a
setting under Power Options to maintain power to your network device
so it doesn't go to sleep. However, general connectivity issues are not
a suitable topic for discussion in this newsgroup.
