Cannot create group contact. When I open Windows Contact, there is no "New
cotact group" on the toolbar. ??????? How do I install this particular
toolbar?

The Contacts folder template got changed somehow?

Open the Contacts folder>right click in a blank area>choose customise this
folder>then in the template type drop down list select contacts>apply>ok
your way out.
