I mistakenly clicked something on the upper task bar and I lost it. Now I
can't delete or create messages. Sure would appreciate help in getting these
functions back.

I mistakenly clicked something on the upper task bar and I lost it. Now I
can't delete or create messages. Sure would appreciate help in getting
these
functions back.

Tight click on the Menu Bar and select what you want. But I don't know how
having the Tool Bar missing would stop you from deleting or creating
messages.
