Need to put a company logo on all my out going e mails can drag and drop it
when i open it with the paint program. But on the e mail it just shows as an
empty box containing a small red X any help welcome thanks

Why don't you save it as a 'document' and then insert it as a file attachment?

I don't think Windows Mail will allow you to drag and drop images.
The Windows Live Mail program will allow that.

Can't you include that logo in a defined signature? For a tutorial see

Also make sure your HTML settings allow pictures:
Tools, Options, Send, Mail Sending Format, HTML Settings.
