At the opening of Windows Mail, new messages appears and are instantly
delayed
Can you help me ? I do not understand why. I can send messages

Delayed? Are you sure that is the right word?

There's a possibility that they are only marked read and then hidden.
To check for this, click on the folder that should contain them (usually
the Inbox), then View, then Current View, then Show All messages.
