If it disappears when you reopen Windows Mail after reading it,
click on the Inbox, then View, then Current View, then Show
All Messages.
 
You really need to explain more fully just what it is that you are
trying to do. Are you talking about mail that was already
downloaded by the Windows Mail program on your home computer,
or do you mean new mail that has not yet been downloaded?
