am using Windows mail as soon as it opens the program inbox (not responding).
It says the error message. Last time windows mail did not close properly.

What error message? Show all of it.
 
If you are running McAfee or Norton antivirus, that could well be the
source of your problem. Windows Mail is not compatible with
most McAfee and Norton security programs. Those will need to
be uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
