How do I get access to list of e-mails sent and e-mails in the drafts
folder?

Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. If there is no check mark in
the box before Save copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder,
click on this box and then Apply. Click on OK.

Click on Sent Items, then View, then Current View, then Show All
Messages.

Click on Drafts, then View, then Current View, then Show All
Messages.

Click on the folder name, and the contents of the folder should be
presented in the message list pane and the preview pane.
