Wrong Way

Just started this the other day. When I open Windows Mail for the first time
it will down load the first message then lock up. Only way to fix it is get
completely out and then come back in. Same thing, will download one message
then lock up. Also when you check mail and there is none it appears to be
going really slow.

Is it the same message it keeps downloading? If so, go to your mail
provider's webmail page and delete the first message.
