Kan ik windows mail blokkeren zodat ik outlook kan gebruiken?

There's no need to block Windows Mail. Just make Outlook 2003 or higher the
default and don't open WinMail.

Or, disconnect from the Internet and remove all accounts from Windows Mail
(Tools | Accounts).

When you install Outlook, it will register itself as the default email
program, so Windows Mail will no longer come up. You don't need
to do anything special.
