Why is there no BCC on the new Windows mail? Is the only choice TO: and a
CC: ?
What if you don't want everyone to see who you are emailing?
 
Open a message compose window, click on View, select
All Headers. You will only have to do this once.

You're using it wrong then. Windows Mail (the one that comes with Windows
Vista), supports BCC just fine.

If you don't see it on your message, then click on View -> All Headers.
