Hi Steve

I want to create e-mails with a default stationary that I like all the time.
I would like the same background all the time for all e-mails from create
mail tab

Tools | Options | Compose
Pick your default stationary.

Tools | Options | Send
Make sure you're set to send in HTML.
 
Hi Chris,

Create your stationery. Then go to File | Save as and save it unsent to the
Desktop. Then whenever you want to create a new message, click on that as a
template.
