Windows Mail won't dowload attachments

Attachments that are showing up with my ISP e-mail account are not
downloading into Windows Mail. Do I need to change some setting?

Tools - options - Security tab

Under the virus Protection heading - untick do not allow attachments etc

Click Apply/OK
 
Send yourself an email with an attachment. Does it arrive intact?

Were the attachments that are not downloading sent by someone
using Microsoft Outlook?
