Windows Mail: where are the rules kept?

I've moved my mail from one PC to another, now all I'm missing is the
bunch of rules from Windows Mail. Where are they kept?
 
Look in this key in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Rules
