windows mail vs windows live mail

I have vista and currently using windows mail. What are the advantages of
using windows live mail? And can I import all my messages/folders to windows
live? How do you do this?

The best way to find the differences is to try it out for a while.
You can run both Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail, as I've done
for the past 30 months.

The first time it runs, Windows Live Mail will import all your WM data.
