windows Mail (Vista)

When I click on READ MAIL on IE 7.0 The mail inbox window does not open full
view, it shows upat the very bottom of the page. When I click on it then it
will open.
How do I set it up so that I get it to go full screen when I initially click
on Read Mail ? Never had this problem with XP..........
