Windows Mail Suddenly Opening on Startup - How do I stop that?

Recently my windows mail started opening on startup and I am not sure why. I
didn't change any settings. Since I am traveling and don't have a automatic
WiFi connection, it is causing my system to hang up while I am trying to
connect to a public connection. How do I correct this so that I choose when
to open the windows mail?
