Windows mail sign in

Is there some way i can simply sign in using my password only instead of
having to enter my e-mail user name each time.

You shouldn't have to enter either.
Who is your email supplier?
 
The sign-in is for your mail server, not for the Windows Mail program.
Your choices are:
a) enter both username and password each time, or
b) have both remembered.
