Windows Mail refuses to spellcheck in English

Windows Mail comes with the default language partly, but not fully, set
to English. To correct this, click on Tools, then Options, then Spelling.
Click on the triangle to the right of English, then on another language,
then Apply, then the triangle again, then English, then Apply, then OK.
