After a crash of Vista Ultimate I reinstalled it and I saved the faulty old
Windows Vista. I lost my emails and I would like recover them from the old
Windows Vista. I know the extension files is ".FOL" but I don't find them. I
can't accede to Windows Mail from the file "Windows\...........\Windows
Mail". The message is error 0x80070057,183.
Is someone to help me ? Is there a answer ?
Thanks a lot.

What does this sentence mean"

"I can't accede to Windows Mail from the file "Windows\...........\Windows
Mail"."

I mean that when i try to open "winmail" in the uninstalled Vista the
message is error 0x80070057,183. All things are OK in the present Vista
excepted emails in old vista cannot be got back.

Phew !! I found where emails was hidden in old windows. Path is
"users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders" then
"inbox" and "outbox". I coudn't find them before because these files were
hidden so don't visible onto the directory. This was a red herring.
Thanks a lot for backing.
