Windows Mail Problem

Server Response: '.', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

This is the message which I get whwn ever I try to download emails from my
official email. Can any one tel me what does this mean.

secure.emailsrvr.com seems to be owned by the webhosting provider
Rackspace.com. I can't find any email setup information on their website.
You should contact your office IT person for help.
