Windows Mail Problem

Hi, I'm getting an error on a message in outbox saying encountered problem
check for low memory or disk space. I've tried WMutil to delete but this
gives me an error (the prog is not running) unable to access database. any
help
 
Try the Compact button and the repair button in WMUtil before trying the
clear outbox button.
