Hi,

Recently I downloaded the recent version of Window Live Mail Desktop. After
having installed it I found that I was no longer able to use Windows mail (it
no longer appeared in my start menu options nor do I know where to find it.)
When I go to other user accounts on this computer I can still access the
program so I know the program wasn't uninstalled. I just don't know what
happened to it. Any suggestions?

Installing Windows Live Mail removes the Windows Mail shortcuts.

Go to your Program Files folder where the Windows Mail folder is located.
Within that folder you should be able to find the Windows Mail application.

Thank you. Your suggestion worked
